Pinchos started with a childhood memory and a trip home to El Salvador. I was enjoying a chocobanano, a frozen banana dipped in chocolate and realized it was a taste of home I couldn't find in Northwest Arkansas.

This treat has been a salvadorean tradition since before my 92 year old grandma was born. I started Pinchos to bring that piece of my heritage to my community here. We take real fruit and desserts like cheesecake, dip them in rich chocolate, and finish them with custom toppings and drizzles for a dessert that’s refreshing, authentic, and delicious.
