I’m the owner, heart, and face behind Pinchos Chocolate Dipped!
Pinchos started with a childhood memory and a trip home to El Salvador. I was enjoying a chocobanano, a frozen banana dipped in chocolate and realized it was a taste of home I couldn't find here in Northwest Arkansas.
Every Pincho is made to order because I believe dessert should be an experience, not just a snack. More than chocolate, Pinchos is about sharing my Hispanic and Salvadoran culture, creating joyful moments, and showing that dreams can grow into thriving businesses.
A Journey Built Through Entrepreneurship
I was selected for the Canopy NWA Immigrant Entrepreneurship Program, where I gained valuable business knowledge, developed my entrepreneurial skills, and had the opportunity to pitch my business. Through this program, Pinchos earned 3rd Place, helping validate my business idea and support its early growth.
I continued my entrepreneurial education through EforAll, a program focused on helping entrepreneurs build strong foundations through mentorship, training, and community support. This experience helped me continue developing my business strategy and connect with other local entrepreneurs.
I was later selected for Cureate’s Food Business Accelerator, , a program designed to support food entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and resources to grow their businesses. Through this experience, Pinchos continued expanding and reaching more customers..
Today, I am proud to be part of the Women’s Economic Mobility Hub, a program by the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas dedicated to empowering minority women entrepreneurs through leadership development, mentorship, and resources that create pathways for business growth and economic opportunity.
Together, these opportunities have helped transform Pinchos from an idea into a growing brand supported by education, mentorship, and a community that believes in small businesses!

Looking Ahead
Today, Pinchos Chocolate Dipped serves festivals, fairs, private events, corporate gatherings, schools, and celebrations throughout Northwest Arkansas. Every event is an opportunity to introduce guests to a unique dessert experience inspired by my roots!
My dream is to continue growing Pinchos into a recognized Arkansas brand while staying true to what started it all: handcrafted desserts, meaningful connections, and sharing a little piece of El Salvador, one chocolate dipped Pincho at a time.
